Higgenbotham Auctioneers International, LTD., Inc. has led the industry in innovative marketing techniques and strategies, including multiple property auctions and multiple parcel auctions that enable sellers to offer a tract of land both as a whole and in tracts simultaneously. Specializing in the sale of major commercial properties and significant acreage, the 43-year-old company handles all types and kinds of real estate from shopping centers and office plazas to industrial plants, raw land and recreational properties. In addition, Higgenbotham Auctioneers can provide valuations and develop programs to dispose of excess furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Build to Suit/Development

NAI Global works closely with build-to-suit developers and design build specialists to assist clients in the full range of development and construction projects; from small scale projects to big-box develpoment.

Facilities Management

Facilities PLUS is a leader in providing facilities and telecommunications services. Facilities PLUS was an early innovator in the concept of outsourcing these "non core" functions, having formed in 1989 by spinning off the in-house facilities management team from a division of GE. Scope of services includes corporate real estate management, facilities management, building services (mailroom, reprographics, et al) and telecommunications management. Lease Audits/Administration

Nearly 90% of commercial leases contain billing errors in how rents, operating expenses, taxes and utilities are billed. KBA Lease Services, a pre-eminent U.S. based lease audit firm and provides clients with a service that controls current leasehold costs by finding any errors and recovering overpayments. KBA carefully reviews rent pass-throughs to determine if they are consistent with the lease. When material errors are found, KBA works together with the tenant and landlord to resolve errors and recover overcharges quickly and amicably.
